Privacy Policy

In short: unless you give consent, the site does no measurement that identifies you. We use what you share when you write to us only to reply to you. The legal details are in the Personal Data Notice.

What we collect

• What you write to us. Your name, email, subject and message from the form. They are not stored on the site; they reach our mailbox directly as an email.
• Aggregate visit statistics. We see which pages are read, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Google Analytics statistics, if you consent. We measure which pages and social media posts bring visits, and how often the contact form is sent, with Google Analytics 4. For this, _ga cookies are set in your browser. If you do not accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no request goes to Google. You can change your choice through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page; details are in the Cookie Policy.
• Technical records. Information every browser sends when connecting to a website, such as IP address and browser details; kept for a few days for security.

What we do not do

• No advertising cookies and no ad tracking tools such as Meta Pixel. Advertising and personalisation permissions are off in Google Analytics.
• We do not sell, rent or add your details to marketing lists.
• No newsletters or promotional email; we only reply about what you wrote to us.

Who we work with

The site runs on Cloudflare; our mailbox is on Natro’s corporate email service. If you consent, visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics (Google). They process information only on our behalf, to provide their service. Details are in the Personal Data Notice.

Links to other sites

The site links to our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and GitHub accounts and to client sites we reference. Once you go there, their own privacy rules apply.

Security

The site only opens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is protected by bot traps and sends data over an encrypted connection. We simply do not collect information we do not need.

Children

The site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
